Miriam is a Director, focused on serving West Coast field exam clients while spreading the news of Bluewater’s growing operations in the west. As a native of the Pacific Northwest, she has a deep understanding of that region’s unique lending climate, specialty industries, and customer needs.

EXPERTISE

Miriam has performed due diligence for clients including top national banks, community and regional banks, private equity sponsors, and asset based lenders. She is comfortable working in a wide range of industries including distributors, importers/exporters, e-commerce firms, manufacturers, health care providers, specialty finance firms, food processors, and agricultural producers.

BACKGROUND

Based in Portland, Oregon, Miriam holds a B.S. in Finance from the Charles H. Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon and takes advantage of many industry training opportunities. Her background includes customer service, business development, asset based lending, commercial bank lending, and diligence services. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, skiing, and time with family and friends.
