Ellen serves as the Director of Operations. She manages the coordination and intricacies of Bluewater’s exam schedule to ensure the client’s needs are met and the team’s utilization is maximized. Ellen values making a positive contribution to the culture within the firm.

Ellen has coordinated thousands of field exams across various industries for a wide range of banks and lenders. She is seasoned at communication in the digital era and implements effective and accurate project management.

Ellen has a strong background in administrative management and has worked for a variety of companies in the Metro-Detroit area. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Western Michigan University. Ellen enjoys cooking, 70’s rock music, pickleball, summers in northern Michigan, and adventures with her family.
